Aurora may process Discord user, server, role, channel, message, moderation, configuration, and integration identifiers required by features enabled for a customer server.

Purpose

Information is processed to provide requested features, maintain server configuration, perform moderation and automation actions, prevent abuse, and support enabled integrations.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the feature and customer configuration. Server owners may contact the Aurora operator to request deletion of eligible stored server data.

Third-party services

Aurora depends on Discord and may use third-party integrations selected by the customer. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials, customer information, and stored configuration.
